The Brief
A 559 sqm multi-generational residence designed to balance privacy, comfort, and modern living. Completed in 17 months with a construction-focused approach that ensured design intent was executed accurately on site.
The Concept
The house is organized into two primary zones in an L-shaped configuration: a common living zone and a private residential zone.
All spaces are oriented toward the central courtyard and swimming pool, creating strong visual connections and enhancing indoor-outdoor living.
The Solution
We maintained close coordination between design and construction teams, ensuring clarity in drawings, fast decision-making, and continuous site supervision. This allowed the project to be executed efficiently while preserving the original design intent.
The layout ensures ease of movement, privacy, and a cohesive spatial experience.
Key Challenges
Coordinating design with on-site construction realities
Managing communication between stakeholders
Maintaining design quality during execution
Construction Process
From foundation to completion, the project required continuous on-site coordination, shop drawing development, and real-time decision-making to ensure the design intent was maintained throughout construction.
